Connect your existing CRM to sync customer data with Relatide

Connect Relatide to your Salesforce account to automatically sync contacts, companies, and interaction history.

Setup Instructions

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Integrations
  2. Click Connect next to Salesforce
  3. Log in to your Salesforce account when prompted
  4. Grant Relatide permission to access your contacts and companies
  5. Click Sync Now to import your existing data

What Gets Synced

  • Contact information (name, email, phone)
  • Company details (name, industry, size)
  • Communication history
  • Custom fields and tags

Note: Salesforce requires a Connected App to be configured. Make sure your Salesforce admin has added the Relatide callback URL to your Connected App settings.

Troubleshooting

Error: redirect_uri_mismatch

Make sure the callback URL in your Salesforce Connected App matches your production domain exactly.

Sync not working

Check that your access token hasn't expired. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration.

HubSpot

Sync your HubSpot contacts and companies with Relatide to maintain a unified customer view.

Setup Instructions

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Integrations
  2. Click Connect next to HubSpot
  3. Log in to your HubSpot account
  4. Select the HubSpot account you want to connect
  5. Authorize Relatide to access your CRM data
  6. Click Sync Now to import your contacts

What Gets Synced

  • Contact records with all properties
  • Company information
  • Deal stages and values
  • Email communication history
  • Notes and tasks

Tip: HubSpot integration supports automatic two-way sync. Changes made in Relatide can be pushed back to HubSpot.
